We want to thank the following people for helping make October, our college focus month a success: Chick-fil-a and Student Council for senior prizes. The AP club and 30+ club for our photo booth and our cheerleaders and Mrs. Knox for the sign at our Browse the Boardwalk.  Our Maintenace men and ladies for cleaning and moving items for our Browse the Boardwalk and FASFA night.  Also, thank you to our administrators for their support and all of our teachers and students. We had a fun filled month and it would not have been possible without everyone's help! Your guidance dept appreciates you! 

Flu shots are available for faculty and students in the school based health clinic.  If interested, please see the clinic for a vaccine specific consent form.

Library Patrons: If you have a Book Bingo sheet, it's due today! Turn it in completed to the library for your chance to win a gift card!

The English Latino Leadership Society will hold a mandatory meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, November 1st at 3:15.  This meeting will be held in the library and we will be assigning books for you to record as well as signing everyone up for their shifts for our fundraiser.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Eason in room 1206.  Please check your Club Google Classroom regularly for announcements. 

Rebel Art Club will have a work day on Wednesday, November 2nd, after school until 5:00 in room 1109.
We'll be making ornaments for our annual Christmas sale

West Monroe FFA is doing a Turkey and meat sale to help alleviate the cost of shop projects as well as travel cost for events that students will attend throughout the year. If you are interested in helping support FFA please see any Ag. student or teacher to see a brochure and place an order. There will also be a brochure placed in the teachers' lounge for faculty to look at the items for sale. All money and order forms are due to Mr. Bratton TODAY. Payment is cash only. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Bratton.

Calling all singers and dancers!! Are you interested in performing in the WMHS Spring musical? Here is your chance. This year's spring musical is Mary Poppins and the auditions are tomorrow, Tuesday November 1st after school. We will begin at 3:30 pm in the choir room. Before the audition, please stop by the outside of the choir room to pick up an audition packet and audition form.  All necessary information is in the packet. You will need to bring the audition form with you to the audition. Break a leg!!

WMHS Student Council is hosting the LASC State Convention this January. The council is looking for singers, dancers, and actors to perform in their tribute honoring Martin Luther King Jr. at the Convention on January 16th. If you would like to be a part of this tribute, you can see Mrs. Anders in room 4204 for audition information. Audition videos are due by Friday, November 4th.
